Everyone Brings Joy is a reworking of a design I published years ago and has since been retired. The design was popular way back when, mainly because the saying is timeless. I decided to give that saying new life as a e-design with the trendy ‘chalkboard’ look. This is a quick-to-stitch pattern with minimal backstitching and uses only 2 floss colors: Gentle Arts Simply Shaker Chalk and Pomegranate. The suggested fabrics are Wichelt’s 28ct Chalkboard Black linen or their 14ct. Chalkboard Black Aida. The finished piece on 14ct. fabric is 6 3/4″ x 10 1/4″.
